All electrical equipment sold by Electrical Surplus Direct has been inspected and tested for basic functionality prior to sale. All products are sold as-is, without any expressed or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that all equipment is installed, operated, and maintained by qualified and licensed professionals, and in full compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
Electrical Surplus Direct shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from:
- Improper installation or use,
- Failure to follow manufacturer guidelines,
- Non-compliance with applicable safety standards.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
